So, while you are off on holiday or working away, you will have peace of mind that your loved ones are being cared for. I understand that, just like their humans, every cat is different and the care given is geared around your cat and their needs.
When my white persian cat Garf passed over the rainbow bridge in December 2021, after 24 years with him I decided not to get another Furry Feline as the pain was too raw.
In May 2022 we moved house. On day one, we were visited by a wee ginger and white cat... and every day after. We found out he was called Jake. Four months on he had never left our side so we formally adopted him!
Jake was so friendly and vocal, telling us his life story. It turns out that Jake came to Edinburgh from Spain as an indoor cat with his family of 3 other cats and a dog! Over the last few months, we have got to know Jake and have had regular contact with Jake’s original hooman’s who have told us that he never goes home and appears so much happier living with us! I’m a great believer in we don’t pick our cats, our cats pick us!
